In the last video, we talked about tracking your food (in a journal or by taking pictures) for one week.

The next step in creating and starting your nutrition plan is to do what we call “crowding out.”

It’s simple. We just want you to ADD one healthy thing you like to your diet without changing anything else. It could be your favorite vegetable, a healthy salad with your typical lunch, or some carrots to snack on throughout the day.

Why is this effective?

Because when we add something healthy into our eating habits, without having to restrict ourselves from what we normally eat, we take up valuable real estate that previously belonged to those 'not so healthy' foods.
