Eliminate exercises

Getting rid of unproductive exercises needs to come before adding in new ones.

Exercises should not be painful.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Exercises should look athletic. Although subjective, the exercise shouldn’t make a reasonable person stare out of concern or cringe.

Exercises should not require you to mentally prepare because you’re questioning your ability to do it or it scares you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If your goals revolve around health and longevity (performance can sometimes warrant otherwise), exercises should not involve less than 5 reps.
