Cool does NOT always equal good.

Swinging sledge hammers, flipping tires, handstands, and putting big weights over your head may look cool, but they’re probably not what your body needs. And unless you're competing in a sport that requires these, they're not inching you toward your goals.

These exercises also carry a level of risk - you must ask yourself, “is it really worth it?” If I can get the same results with a much safer exercise, why aren’t I doing that?

If you see someone in the gym, or on Instagram, doing something cool... BEWARE. Instead of trying it at home, ask for guidance from a professional.
