Sports Performance Training
A strength & conditioning program designed specifically for high school and college level athletes of all sports (ages 11+). We focus on building a solid athletic foundation while working toward each athlete’s individual goals.
Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning.

Membership Includes:
A welcoming, safe, and fun training environment.
Personal coaching from an experienced and certified coach.
Movement education - our coaches will teach you proper technique so you feel confident in the gym.
Limited to 8 athletes per training session.
Follow a purposeful and progressive strength program designed to build a strong athletic foundation, improve sport-specific skills, and reduce sport-related injuries.
Each session includes stretching & mobility, power development & plyometrics, a dynamic warm-up, strength training, and sport-specific conditioning.
Motivation and accountability from your fellow athletes.

~$31 Per training session ($379 billed every 28 days)
