BASE MEMBERSHIP

  • 24/7/365 Gym access (no programming included).

  • Use the gym whenever and however you want.

  • No contracts or cancellation fees.

  • *Membership auto-billed every 28 days.

  • Get a personalized strength & conditioning program written just for you based on your training history, goals, expectations, and schedule/lifestyle.

  • Training program delivered via QuickCoach app.

  • Complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire, review your training program with Jenny/Brendon Rearick (in person), and get training!

  • Does NOT include remote coaching, but you can ask training-related and personal questions in our community Discord channel.

  • Request a programming update whenever you’re ready.

  • Each program fee ranges between $140 - $280 depending on training complexity (programming fee will be agreed to before the program is written).

  • *Invoiced as a one-time fee for each program requested.
