At Train Smarter + Harder, we're revolutionizing personal training with our Small Group Personal Training packages. Imagine getting all the benefits of personalized coaching, but with the added motivation and accountability of training with a small group of like-minded individuals. Our sessions are capped at 6 people, ensuring you receive the attention you need while paying less than half of a one-on-one personal training session.

Membership Includes:

  • A welcoming, safe, and fun training environment.

  • Personalized coaching from an experienced and certified coach.

  • Small training groups (never more than 6 members per session).

  • Purposeful and progressive strength training programming, tailored to your training experience, abilities, and goals.

  • Each training session includes stretching & mobility, a dynamic warm-up, direct core training, strength training, and a high-intensity conditioning finisher.

  • Motivation and accountability from your fellow group members.

  • Unlimited access to our adults-only 24/7 gym, No Days Off (located in the same building).
