Instead of conserving energy, we need to reallocate it.

When we’re over-worked, over-stressed, or under-stressed, our natural reaction is to conserve the little energy we feel we have left. However, all we’re doing is reinforcing the very behavior that got us feeling like this in the first place.

Instead of conserving energy, we need to reallocate it. We need to give some to the activities that will multiply it and not deplete it.
