We’re making a change for the better!
We’ve decided to adopt new software for your membership management and gym door access.
Wellyx has proven to be overly complicated and clunky, causing us too many issues in the short time we’ve used it. The software we’re moving to, PushPress, is extremely user-friendly and will make managing your membership and booking/managing sessions a breeze.
This page is designed to walk you through the timeline and steps for what happens next so we can make this process quick and painless for you.
TIMELINE
Step 1: Transfer your membership management (including payments) and session bookings from Wellyx to PushPress — NOW
Step 2: Transfer gym door access from Wellyx to Alarm.com — November 1 (TBD)
YOUR IMMEDIATE NEXT STEPS
DO NOT DELETE your Wellyx app yet. You will need it for the next few weeks to access the gym door.
You will receive an email asking you to enter your payment information into PushPress; please follow the link.
Once your payment information is entered, we will attach your membership on the backend to your PushPress account. You will not be billed until your next billing cycle, as determined by your original sign-up date.
You will then receive an email asking you to complete your PushPress account set-up; please follow the link.

Once your new PushPress account is set up and activated, scroll down on this webpage to learn how to book and manage your training sessions in your PushPress app.
***Important Note on Payment Processing Fees: If you pay with a credit card, you will incur an additional 2% processing fee (we pay for the other 50% of the processing fee). If you pay with an ACH bank transfer, you will incur an additional 0.79% processing fee.
UPCOMING
We will also be installing new software on the doors for gym access (replacing Wellyx entirely). There’s nothing for you to do on this right now, as we don’t expect that to be done until November 1st.
How To Manage Your Membership and Training Sessions in PushPress (Video Below):

Once logged into your PushPress app, click the “Schedule” icon on the bottom horizontal menu.
The “Reservations” tab will show you your booked sessions. If you’d like to cancel any sessions, click on the individual session and hit “Cancel reservation.”
The “Classes” tab will show you our full schedule of training sessions, including how many spots remain in each. Find a session you’d like to book and click on it, then click “Reserve.” You are now booked into that training session and it will appear on your “Reservations” tab.
On the home screen of your app, you can see an overview of your membership status by clicking “Memberships.”
Select your active membership, then see an overview of how many classes/sessions you have remaining to book in your current billing period, as well as a summary of your session activity for your current billing period.
