Summer Athlete Sports Performance

A Purposeful and structured strength & conditioning program to help athletes build strength and speed.

Ages 11+ | All Sports | No Weight Room Experience Required

This program is designed for athletes who want to learn how to train, increase their strength, get faster, and be resilient to injuries, all under the close guidance of a highly-qualified strength & conditioning coach.

Our athletes train in small groups (8 or fewer, with 2 coaches present) so they get the personal attention and coaching needed to make meaningful progress. We don’t do random workouts here. Each athlete will follow a progressive 7-week training program that includes stretching & mobility, a dynamic warm-up, direct speed work, upper- and lower-body power development, strength training, and high-intensity conditioning.
